Absolutely! Studio NN will work with you on any project scale or budget. We offer hourly based design services or our Bathroom renovation package. With our hourly based services, we can help you select finishes and fixtures from local retailers, and provide general layout options. The Bathroom renovation package includes initial survey of existing conditions, design development for 2-3 concepts, product and fixtures selection and issuing a full drawing set for bidding and construction. This package will ensure your project is well documented and all details are accounted for during construction. We can also provide hourly based construction observation and documentation.

A full single bathroom remodel will take between 6-10 weeks, with of course timeline variations depending on scope of work, material availability, and contractor’s schedule. Projects that include custom millwork or any long lead items, can also influence the project timeline. We strive to foresee any project hidden issues and/or delays, but working with existing structures will sometimes incur some additional delays due to unforeseen changes.

Project budgets can vary depending on scale and scope of the work. There are many elements that can influence the project budget, from materials, design complexities and quality of construction and timeline.
