BK Heights
A fresh new look was the guiding light for both the powder room and main bathroom of this project.

For the powder room, a reimagined layout was designed to maximize storage and create a more tailored, functional space for the needs of the client. Positioned off the previously dark foyer, the existing door was replaced with reeded glass to bring in much-needed natural light while maintaining privacy. A new transom above the door further enhances light flow into the space.
The main bathroom was transformed with serene, spa-like finishes in soft, calming tones. The shower walls were clad in elegant quartz slabs for easy maintenance and added visual interest around the tub area. A full glass enclosure opens up the space visually, creating a more expansive feel. Every finish and fixture was carefully selected to provide a peaceful, soft palette—while also keeping future resale value in mind.
